My room felt less like a tranquil retreat and more like a wildlife exhibit. I found several geckos inside. there was also a charge for a missing laundry bag at checkout, surprisingly given that it's standard in most hotels.

I found the grounds beautifully maintained. The greenery was excellent. the staff team were all fabulous. nothing seemed like too much trouble. Every request was met with a smile. breakfast offered a huge variety of choices. i particularly enjoyed the asian options.

the hilly terrain to the pool and dining area might pose a slight challenge with mobility difficulties, but buggy rides were readily available from reception.
